Steamboat Today does Story on The Paoli Group's Bella Vista Listing

Earlier this week, Steamboat Today did a story on the beautiful Bella Vista Estate, which was listed on the market by The Paoli Group. The estate has over 12,000 square feet of living space in three buildings near Rabbit Ear Pass and overlooking Lake Catamount, and is known as a popular multi-family vacation rental, event and wedding destination. The stunning estate is on the market for $3.95 million, but that doesn't the current owners won't miss it. “It breaks our heart to even put it on the market,” David Josfan said. “But we’ve had it for 14 years, and it’s time to share it with everyone else.”The estate was previously known as Travelers Group Trust, but was renamed by the Josfans to Bella Vista Estate after the previous name was labeled "a real jaw breaker" by the new owners.Steamboat Today's story is linked here.
