California Outdoor Properties Featured on Business Insider

Sublime PR client, California Outdoor Properties, was recently featured on Business Insider. The website published an article reviewing what is believed to be the largest piece of land for sale in California, the N3 Cattle Company ranch.

The article discussed the land and what may happen in the near future for this expansive ranch.

"If you have $72 million, you can own what's believed to be the largest piece of land for sale in California — but its new owner could become the state of California itself" (Brandt, Canales).

The N3 Cattle Company Ranch has been a working ranch for over 85 years. It includes 80 square miles of watersheds, creeks, diverse terrains, and wildlife, along with 200 miles of private roads.
