An excerpt reads:Spanning 50,500 acres across four counties, the N3 Cattle Company ranch is the largest land offering in California according to California Outdoor Properties. There have been rumors that the state itself could be interested in it as the site of a new public state park, and the property would certainly provide a spacious option. According to the listing, it offers 80 square miles of “diverse terrains, flora, fauna, and important watersheds and creeks,” and 200 miles of well-maintained private roads that are “ready for hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and ATVing.”
