Carol King's Idaho Ranch Detailed in The Land report

The latest “Land Report” features a six-page spread on Carole King’s Robinson Bar Ranch in Idaho. The property has recently been put on the market for King by Hall and Hall at $9.9M. Located in the Sawtooth wilderness of Idaho, the ranch sits along the headwaters of the Salmon river and is immersed in breathtaking back country. King’s personal additions to the Idaho ranch include an outdoor pool heated by a natural spring and a professional recording studio. Speaking on why she is selling the ranch, King says, “Well, time passes a lot faster than most of us want to admit. I turned 71 last year, and as I get older, I won’t be able to do all the things I’ve enjoyed doing there for so many years. I wanted to give this special place and it’s next owner a chance to find each other. I just hope whoever buys it will appreciate it as much as I have – and that it will make a profound difference in their life, as it most certainly has in mine.”
