Hall and Hall a Focus of 'Luxury Properties' Spread

Hall and Hall was a focal point of an in-depth Luxury Properties article titled “Frontier Calling”. The 10 page piece offers a backdrop of stunning photos for their discussion of the international market for rural properties. With the text presented in both English and Chinese the article’s international flavor is overtly apparent. Clients of the Montana based ranch real estate company have come from all walks of life but their impetus for owning scenic and secluded spreads are often very similar. Jeff Buerger of Hall and Hall paraphrases the motivation for rural property buyers, saying, “Buyersare attracted to land because it can never be reproduced, there will never be an oversupply, it presents a long-term investment model and it’s an opportunity to own something tangible and finite. It’s also about lifestyle.” Hall and Hall properties including the Cottonwood Springs Ranch in Colorado, the River Ranch at Round Mountain in Colorado, and the Grizzly Creek Ranch in Montana were all showcased.
