Hall and Hall listing included in The Wall Street Journal's holdouts
The owner of California's Oak Ridge Ranch, listed by Hall and Hall, has not wavered on price since he put it on the market in 2006. The ranch, owned by Jim Kirk, remains listed at $33 million.The Wall Street Journal found Kirk and others for a story about high-end real estate holdouts – sellers who refuse to lower their asking prices despite the state of the housing market.To read the story, click here. The ranch includes a four-bedroom main house, guest house, hiking trails, swimming pool and staff housing.
