Hall and Hall Plantation Featured by Bloomberg Pursuits

An $11.5 million North Carolina plantation listed by Hall and Hall was featured by Bloomberg Pursuits recently, which noted that it dates to before the American Revolution. James Tarmy wrote that the property was part of a 26,000-acre tract named "Land of Eden" in a marketing ploy to entice Europeans to settle there. It "had passed through just six different owners’ hands but had been whittled down to about 770 acres" by 2001. The current owner bought several neighboring tracts to expand it to nearly 1,800 acres and uses it as a hunting retreat.Read the Bloomberg Pursuits story.Hall and Hall Willow Oaks Plantation
