Hall and Hall represents buyer of two Sun Valley ranches

The Wall Street Journal reports the sale of two adjacent Idaho ranches, listed for $27.5 million. Trent Jones of Hall and Hall represented the buyer, Harry Hagey, who is the former CEO of Dodge & Cox Funds, an investment-management company.Candace Jackson writes:The ranches, which have a total of 4,600 acres, were owned by local developers who purchased them in 2005 with plans to build a residential development. Construction never began.
