Kansas Land Auction Generates $46 million

The Wichita Eagle was among a handful of media outlets to document Hall and Hall’s Hager Farm and Ranch auction of more than 33,500 acres in western Kansas. This Kansas land auction offered farm and ranch land spanning over six counties. The versatility of the land made it a lucrative investment that agricultural land investors were eager to add to their portfolios. Hall and Hall Auctions sold the property in pieces to 22 separate buyers from a handful of US states, who collectively paid over $46 million. Agricultural land has been a hot investment in recent years and the handsome fees paid for a piece of this land is evidence of that trend.cattle ranch
