Spring Island's Old Tabby Links ranks 40th on Golfweek list
Spring Island's Arnold Palmer designed golf course, Old Tabby Links, has been named the 40th best residential golf course in America in 2010 Golfweek's Best Residential Courses presented by The Wall Street Journal."It's always an honor to be recognized by reputable publications like Golfweek and The Wall Street Journal," said Spring Island's General Manager Craig Lehman. This year, Old Tabby Links was ranked in the top 1% of the more than 20,000 golf courses and golf clubs in the USA by Top 100 Golf Courses, and Links named Spring Island one of the "Best of the Best" private golf communities in its Premier Properties Guide. In years past, Spring Island was named one of Golf Connoisseur's Top 40 Golf Communities in America and ranked #23 on Travel + Leisure Golf's Top 100 Golf Communities.
